Vikings Camp Day 3: Edwards Calling Plays, Reiff Absent From Practice and What did Alex Boone Say About the Packers...

Day three was my best day personally I had some spray-on sunscreen, SPF 50 so don’t worry mom, plus shorts and a short sleeve shirt so the 80-degree weather and sun did less damage than before. You could say I have learned from my mistakes like a good veteran player would do.

11 Months After Devastating Injury Bridgewater Appreciative of the Little Things

For Vikings quarterback Teddy Bridgewater his season ending knee injury last August seems like a lifetime ago ‘It’s been so long I don’t even remember” Bridgewater said when asked what happened that day at Winter Park in Eden Prairie Minnesota.

First day of full team practices took place today, there was a walkthrough in the morning and a practice with helmets and position groups in the afternoon. I quickly learned my first mistake of the year, I need to stop at the HyVee by my hotel to purchase some sunscreen because it was hot and very sunny today. frankly it’s a rookie move for someone that has already been through this experience once before so I’m a little disappointed in myself.

Vikings add competition at WR

It has been quite a hectic six months for former Cretin Derham Hall standout Michael Floyd. Last December he was arrested in Arizona after he fell asleep at the wheel of his vehicle at a red light. Floyd had a blood alcohol level of .217, nearly three times the legal limit. The 27-year-old then was released by the Cardinals and subsequently claimed by the New England Patriots. He finished the season as a Patriot and won a Super Bowl ring, even though he did not play in the game.
