BISMARCK, ND — UPS plans on hiring 600 seasonal employees throughout North Dakota.
The seventh annual UPS Brown Friday hiring blitz begins this morning in Fargo and Bismarck. The delivery company will have hundreds of seasonal positions available including for support drivers, driver helpers and package handlers. The Fargo division manager says they are increasing their staffing by about 20 percent compared to last year because of a heavier workload.
The hiring blitz will start at 10 a.m., in Bismarck on Transport Lane and in Fargo on 12th Avenue North near I-29, and will continue on Saturday.
