(Breckenridge, Minn.) — The City of Breckenridge says its lift stations are failing after flooding hit the community along the North Dakota-Minnesota border.
City officials are asking residents to discharge sump pumps outside, take steps to prevent sewer backups in homes and to limit water usage.
