(Bismarck, ND) — The North Dakota DOT has developed a plan to make charging stations more accessible for owners of electric vehicles.
Officials say there are more than 800 EV’s in the state.
The infrastructure program will be developed in stages.
The first phase will see charges built about 50 miles apart along Interstates 94 and 29.
The 26-million-dollars for the project is being provided by the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure bill.
