FARGO – A man was arrested following a standoff in Fargo which began just before 4:30 yesterday afternoon.
Police say it stemmed from a domestic dispute in the 1800 block of 2nd Ave. S. They say 36-year old Bryant Matthews, who has no permanent address, barricaded himself in an apartment. Red River Valley SWAT was called in to assist.
Authorities arrested Matthews just over three hours later on a Felony Criminal Trespass charge.
