FARGO, ND –A Fargo man is in custody and a motorcycle passenger is hospitalized following a crash on Broadway before 1 a.m. Thursday morning.
Fargo Police say an officer attempted to follow a motorcycle, driven by Andrew Uglem, who fled from the scene and began to lose control as he crossed the railroad tracks near the 500 block. The passenger fell from the motorcycle and was dragged a short distance before being striking a parked car.
Uglem was arrested and charged with fleeing a police officer and reckless endangerment. The passenger was hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries.
