GRAND FORKS, ND — A Grand Forks man charged with shooting another man at a basketball court in May has pleaded not guilty.
Police say Allen Little admitted to shooting the man during an altercation, but says he wasn’t trying to kill him. He’s charged with aggravated assault with a dangerous weapon and reckless endangerment.
