Three Bismarck men plead guilty to fatal Fentanyl sale

BISAMRCK, ND  — Three men have pleaded guilty to multiple drug-related charges in connection with a drug sale that led to a fatal fentanyl overdose near Bismarck last November.

Dustin Sapot pleaded guilty to delivery of a controlled substance, a class ‘B’ felony. He is currently serving a sentence for a different conviction in Jamestown. Joshua Crowley and Harlan Kastrow each pleaded guilty to distribution of a controlled substance resulting in death, which is a class ‘A’ felony.

Sentencing for the three suspects is not yet scheduled.
