Record dry and record warm September

It’s been a CRAZY month when it comes to warm temps.  We’ve had 15 days of 80+ temps.  The record stands at 19 (set in 1908)  and I believe we will fall just short of that at 18 days before the month closes out.  It’s the warmest (most days of 80+) since the ’50s.

It is also the driest September on record with only .08″ of rain for the entire month and I don’t foresee any additional precipitation through the end of the month.  The NEW LRC cycle will in about 10 days!!  It will be interesting to see what the new LRC cycle will bring us for the upcoming winter/spring.
