FARGO, ND — A man is in custody after what appears to be an attempted stabbing in Downtown Fargo Monday afternoon
The Fargo Police Department responded to the 100 block of Roberts Street North based on a report of a stabbing that occurred at approximately 3:51 p.m Monday. When authorities arrived, they found a man with no serious injuries, and who did not seek additional medical attention. A 36-year-old male, identified as Safarinu Okuwe, was taken into custody for aggravated assault, attempted aggravated assault, and preventing arrest.
The incident remains under investigation.
