MOORHEAD, MN — A Moorhead man was arrested for threatening to stab police with a screwdriver.
Police were called to the 1800 block of 4th Avenue South on a report of several males breaking into vehicles. Police say they found 36-year-old Jeremy Person locked in an abandoned trailer, refusing to come out. They say he threatened to burn down the trailer and stab police with a screwdriver. He was eventually chased out with tear gas and taken down by a K9.
Pearson is charged with burglary, assault, and other crimes.
