(Pasadena, CA) — The Minnesota Gophers scored another late go-ahead touchdown during a 21-17 win over UCLA at the Rose Bowl on Saturday.
The Gophers outscored UCLA 21-7 in the second half, with Max Brosmer hitting Darius Taylor for a four-yard touchdown pass with under 30 seconds left in regulation. Koi Perich picked off a pass on the ensuing drive to seal Minnesota’s win for a second week in a row. Perich had two interceptions in the win, while Brosmer passed for 193 yards and two scores. Daniel Jackson added ten catches for 89 yards.
Minnesota improved to 4-3 overall and 2-2 in the Big Ten. The Gophers go up against Maryland on October 26th.
