ST. PAUL, MN — Minnesota state DOT workers are heading home after helping Hurricane Helene relief efforts in South Carolina.
The group was among many state agencies to travel to the South-east, which included the Minnesota National Guard.
To date, 230 people have died due damage caused by Hurricane Helene.
