(REGION) — American Crystal Sugar Company says they’ve had a successful sugarbeet campaign. They say an estimated 15 billion sugarbeets were piled during the harvest, and that a single-day piling record was set, with more than 1.2 million tons piled on October 6. The previous record was set in 2021.
