NORTH DAKOTA – North Dakota Secretary of State Michael Howe says the state is seeing record turnout for early voting.
Voters can cast their ballots now in seven counties.
Howe says the state could pass the record for voter turnout which was set at 69 percent in 1984. That year President Ronald Reagan won over Minnesota Senator Walter Mondale in a landslide.
