Full interview with Congressional candidate Julie Fedorchak on The Flag’s What’s On Your Mind
(BISMARCK, ND) – Julie Fedorchak says her overarching message to North Dakotans is simple – get out and vote.
“Obviously, this is a very important election, and if you don’t vote, then you’re wasting one of the greatest rights that you have,” the Republican candidate for United States House said on The Flag’s What’s On Your Mind.
She said the farm bill is one of the most important topics that are key for North Dakotans – saying she will work hard to pass the farm bill if it’s not passed by the time she takes office, if elected by the voters Tuesday.
She said another topic will be energy.
“It (energy) has such a huge impact on every business, on farming, agriculture, on the price of things we buy at the grocery store and gas pump, cost of living and rent, everything,” she said. “Energy prices affect it all, and it also effects national security.”
Fedorchak says the United States doesn’t have a revenue problem, but rather a spending problem.
She faces Democratic challenger Trygve Hammer.
