(FARGO, ND) – Cass County Finance Director Brandy Madrigga tells WZFG/WDAY Radio that in-person turnout in Cass County was lower than expected on Election Day.
Madrigga said 60,000 ballots were created and prepared for Election Day, with under 35,000 ballots being cast on Monday.
Unofficial numbers show more than 91,000 ballots were cast in all of Cass County.
