Japanize automaker to recall over 150,000 vehicles

HIRISHIMA,  JAPAN– Mazda is announcing the recall over 150-thousand new and recent vehicles over several issues.

The Japanese automaker says it’s recalling about 80,000 of its CX-70 and CX-90 models over an issue with an electrical supply unit. It’s recalling about 38,000 of its CX-90 vehicles over a software issue that may cause the engine to stop after idling. And Mazda says another 31,000 CX-70 and CX-90 models are being recalled for a software issue that could cause “a loss of drive power.”
