WASHINGTON, D.C. — Following his victory in the presidential election, Donald Trump is putting together a transition team before Inauguration Day on January 20th.
Trump and his future administration have to fill around four-thousand government positions, including 1,200 that require Senate approval. A task that should be easier with the Senate now also under Republican control. His transition team is being led by friends and family, including his adult sons, Robert F. Kennedy Junior and former Democrat Tulsi Gabbard.
The team’s co-chairs are Cantor Fitzgerald CEO Howard Lutnick and former wrestling executive Linda McMahon.
