PELICAN RAPIDS, Minn. – After seven-and-a-half months of construction, Highway 108 is open in Pelican Rapids.
MNDOT says crews paved the road, finished striping and put up signs this week. They also have finished concrete pouring the trail along Highway 108 West and the stairs at the retaining wall along Highway 59 north of Second Avenue.
