(FARGO, ND) – The trial for a Fargo man accused of killing his girlfriend has been set.
Randall Duffy is charged with two felonies – Class AA murder and Class C domestic violence-serious bodily injury.
He pled not guilty to both charges in September.
Duffy is accused of killing 59-year-old Jody Campbell after the pair fought over methamphetamine. Duffy put Campbell in a headlock, and when she fell to the floor, Duffy realized that he had ‘choked her out too long.’ She was found dead in their South Fargo apartment.
His trial is set to begin June 3, 2025.
