12:15 p.m. update:
Fargo Police have arrested a 43-year-old man following an early morning incident.
At 3:45 a.m., officers were dispatched the 1800 block of 3rd Street North for a report of terrorizing with a deadly weapon.
An individual allegedly threatened two others with a handgun. The two victims fled the scene.
Officers made multiple attempts to make contact with the suspect, without success.
At approximately 7:50 a.m., the suspect, Nearia James Gibson, a 43-year-old Fargo resident, exited the residence and was arrested for terrorizing.
This investigation is active and ongoing. No other information is available at this time.

(FARGO, ND) — Fargo Police say a shelter-in-place order has ended following an incident in the area of 18th Avenue and 3rd Street North.
Police said on social media at just after 7 a.m. that people were asked to avoid the area “as they investigate on ongoing incident.”
