MINNESOTA – More Minnesota communities are putting rules in place to guide the sale of adult-use cannabis.
The St. Louis County Commission passed an ordinance limiting the number of licensed cannabis businesses to three and prohibiting the use of cannabis products in public.
Mankato passed a cannabis ordinance allowing up to four retailers inside the city limits. The city also does not allow public use of cannabis products.
