NORTH DAKOTA – The Border Patrol says it’s seen a significant increase recently in illegal border crossings at the North Dakota Canada border.
The U.S. Border Patrol’s Grand Forks Sector says agents in Pembina intercepted eight Romanians trying to cross illegally in a pickup truck in early November.
Authorities say they’ve also seized 10 illegal vehicles since October 1st.
They’re asking communities to report any suspicious activity.
