(STATEWIDE) – Several areas of the state are in a Travel Alert this evening for blowing snow and icy roads leading to reduced visibility.
Those areas include all counties along the North Dakota-Minnesota border, along with areas of south-central North Dakota, stretching from Bismarck to the east, as well as areas northeast and northwest of Bismarck. The uppermost northwest part of the state is in a Travel Alert as well.
A winter weather advisory is in effect for all of eastern North Dakota until 3 p.m. on Sunday. The advisory extends into west-central Minnesota and further points north and east.
