(FARGO, ND) – A trial begins for a Fargo woman charged with felony promoting a sexual performance by a minor and misdemeanor contributing to the deprivation or delinquency of a minor.
Investigators say 33-year-old Ashley Peterson exchanged the explicit photos with the boy from October 2021 to October of last year.
Peterson was a behavioral management specialist at Fargo Davies High School. She was also a nanny in Superintendent Dr. Rupak Gandhi’s home and was terminated shortly after being fired from Fargo Public Schools.
