(WASHINGTON, DC) – A spokesperson with the United States Department of Labor has confirmed to WDAY Radio News that an investigation is open relating to the FM Diversion project.
“OSHA has an open investigation into an incident that occurred in November 2024 with the employer, ASN Constructors, at this worksite,” the spokesperson said in a statement.
