(BISMARCK, ND) – A bill requiring North Dakota to observe standard time year-round has passed the North Dakota House.
House Bill 1259 passed 55-37 in the House Tuesday, sending the bill to the Senate for its consideration. The bill was brought to the floor after being given a do pass recommendation on an amended bill from the House Transportation Committee. The committee passed the bill 13-0, with one member absent and not voting.
