(Winston-Salem, NC) — The fastest sport in the country makes a return this weekend. The green flag waves for the NASCAR Cup Series regular season Sunday night with the Cook Out Clash at Bowman Gray Stadium in Winston-Salem.
Joey Logano looks to defend his championship crown after winning the final from Phoenix Raceway last year. The driver of the No. 22 car held off a late push from Ryan Blaney, who stood atop the NASCAR summit the previous year. Meanwhile, TNT Sports announced on Thursday that the Max streaming service is launching a new Driver Cam experience for the entire season. Fans will have access to cockpit views for all drivers to go along with synced audio, replays and data.
The race will take place on Sunday beginning at 7 p.m. with all the race coverage available on FOX.
