(St. Paul, MN) — The NHL is putting Ryan Hartman on ice.
The league suspended the Wild forward for ten games after a roughing penalty against Tim Stutzle in a game against Ottawa over the weekend. Hartman slammed Stutzle’s head to the ice in the second period of the contest. The suspension in the longest for a Wild player in franchise history. Hartman has seven goals and ten assists in 48 games this season.
The Hartman-less Wild will head to Boston to visit the Bruins on Tuesday night at 6 p.m
