(ST PAUL, MINN) – Home sales in Minnesota were up in 2024.
That news is according to a new report from the Minnesota Realtors, Minneapolis Area Realtors and the St. Paul Area Association of Realtors.
Home sales rose more than one percent statewide and just under two percent in the Twin Cities metro.
New listings also increased in 2024.
Statewide, new listings were up more than six percent, with an eight percent increase in the metro.
The median sales price was up 3.9 percent to $345,000 statewide and rose 3.3 percent to $380,000 in the metro. Since 2020, home prices are up 25.5 percent statewide and 24.6 percent for the metro.
