Edwards powers Wolves past Bulls

(Minneapolis, MN) — Anthony Edwards was unstoppable as the Minnesota Timberwolves took down the Chicago Bulls 127-108 at Target Center. The Wolves took an early 21-point lead in the first quarter, but the Bulls stormed back to go up by five in the second. However, Minnesota outscored Chicago 65-48 in the second half to take control of the game.

Edwards poured in 49 points in the victory, while Naz Reid chipped in with 22 points and 10 rebounds. Rudy Gobert added 10 points and 15 rebounds, with nine offensive boards. Nickeil Alexander-Walker tallied 12 points, five rebounds, and three assists off the bench.

The Wolves have won six of eight and are in seventh place in the Western Conference at 28-23. The Pack will host the Houston Rockets on Thursday night at 7 p.m.
