Petition for constitutional initiative for public records, legislative salaries and lobbying withdrawn

(BISMARCK, ND) – A proposed petition for a constitutional initiative related to public records, legislative salaries and lobbying has been withdrawn.

Secretary of State Michael Howe said he received notice that the petition was withdrawn on Monday.
