(Moorhead, MN) — Parents in Moorhead are being alerted after a student brought a knife to school.
Officials at Horizon West Middle School said a student had brought a paring knife to school on Tuesday after allegedly threatening someone on social media. A letter went out from the school district saying school staff immediately located the student and found a small kitchen knife in their locker.
The letter says at no time were any students or staff physically threatened.
