(GRAND FORKS, ND) — A chemical breath test and subsequent results will not be able to be used in a trial of a Fordville man facing criminal vehicular injury and criminal vehicular homicide charges in Grand Forks County.
A judge ruled this week that the test and results will not be able to be used as evidence in the August jury trial against Travis Bell. He’s accused of running a red light and slamming into a vehicle driven by Nicole Louthain.
Her six-year-old daughter was also in the car and died a few days after the crash.
