(Avondale, AZ) — Christopher Bell cannot be stopped. The driver of the No. 20 car won his third straight NASCAR Cup Series race following a close victory in the Shriners Children’s 500 from Phoenix Raceway.
Bell held off a late push from Denny Hamlin to once again take home the checkered flag. Kyle Larson, Josh Berry and Chris Buescher rounded out the top five finishers. Katherine Legge became the first woman in seven years to take the wheel in a Cup Series race and finished 30th after spinning out on lap four.
The field heads to Vegas for the Pennzoil 400 next Sunday.
