NORTH DAKOTA – With nearly 94 percent of precincts reporting, it appears Measure 5 to legalize recreational marijuana use for those at least 21-years-old in North Dakota will fail.
186,595 voters voted no, or 52.47 percent. 169,015, or 47.53 percent voted in favor of the measure.
