AG Asking for Ban to Remain in Place

Attorney General Wriglely’s office is asking a judge to keep the state’s abortion ban in place until the North Dakota Supreme Court can take a look at the case. South Central Judicial District Court Judge Bruce Romanick ruled that the state’s law was “unconditionally void for vagueness”. He went to say that “pregnant women in North Dakota have a fundamental right to choose abortion before viability exists”.
