(BISMARCK, ND) – North Dakota Governor-Elect Kelly Armstrong has named Dirk Wilkie as his appointee to head the North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services through the transition from the Burgum administration to the Armstrong administration.
“Dirk Wilke’s proven track record in public health administration and his commitment to improving the quality of life for all North Dakotans make him the obvious choice to lead DHHS during this time of transition,” said Governor-Elect Kelly Armstrong. “Dirk’s leadership will ensure that the department continues to deliver high-quality services to our residents while fostering innovation and efficiency.”
Wilkie is currently the Executive Director of Public Health at the Department of Health and Human Services.
