BLOOMINGTON, Minn. – Bloomington Police say they did not find any evidence on a thumb drive investigators believed might have a confession from O.J. Simpson.
The case began two years ago when Police learned a backpack seized during an assault investigation had several thumb drives. Los Angeles detectives asked for a search of them after they learned one had a recording of O.J. Simpson confessing to the murders of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman.
A search of the drives by a digital forensics examiner found no evidence of any confession.
Simpson died in April at age 76.
