(SEOUL, REPUBLIC OF KOREA) – North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum is leading a North Dakota delegation to South Korea for a trade and investment mission. Today, the Governor signed a memorandum of understanding between the state and the Korea Institute of Energy Research, which establishes a partnership and promotes discussions in the energy tech research and development space.
The memorandum highlights energy as a vital factor for both North Dakota and the Republic of Korea’s economic development and stability.
