(GRAND FORKS, ND) — Grand Forks City leaders have approved the purchase of two properties near the Demers Avenue fire station for use by the department.
The properties, located at 575 and 595 South Washington Street, would relieve congestion at the department by relocating three fire marshals, and their city vehicles, to the building located on the 575 property. Currently the fire marshals, along with other staff members, share a single office space.
