(FARGO, ND) — A Dilworth teen is being charged as an adult in Cass County District Court on eight felonies relating to a incident on New Years Eve.
Court documents say Tristin Coggins is accused of one Class A felony for attempted murder, a Class C felony for aggravated assault, three Class C felonies for terrorizing, three Class C felonies for reckless endangerment and three Class B misdemeanors for simple assault.
He’s been assigned a bond of $100,000 cash only.
