(Binford, ND) — A North Dakota man is facing domestic terrorism charges after an incident in Binford.
Last month, 43-year-old Matthew Bakke allegedly threatened the town’s water supply. Bakke reportedly told local law enforcement that he had cyanide and was going to poison the water system with it. The water tested clean, but upon searching Bakke’s residence, law enforcement found 20 pounds of rat poison.
