(FARGO, ND) – Fargo City Commissioners on Monday will discuss sunsetting he resolution regarding the city’s ordinance prohibiting camping on public property and rights of way.
Mayor Dr. Tim Mahoney said, in a letter to commissioners, that making the move would equate to camping not being allowed beginning on March 23 of last year.
He says sunsetting the resolution ‘in a thoughtful and planned approach’ would enact a timeline and commitment for those involved to work together as a team.
He says it’s a challenge – and opportunity – to be united and unified.
