(WEST FARGO, ND) — A Fargo man is in jail on multiple charges after fleeing authorities.
West Fargo Police were alerted to a vehicle fleeing from Fargo Police officers into the city. The vehicle was located by West Fargo officers in the 1400 block of 13th Avenue East. The driver continued to flee law enforcement after an additional traffic stop was attempted.
The suspect eventually stopped the fleeing vehicle on the frontage road of the 1500 block of Main Avenue, where 27-year-old Anthony Frazier fled on foot. Officers remained with the vehicle and continued to search the nearby area when the suspect was witnessed as he attempted to flag motorists down. Officers then located the suspect on the side of Main Avenue as he requested medical attention due to cold weather conditions. The suspect was immediately brought to a local hospital and later cleared for transport to the Cass County Jail.
Frazier was arrested on felony fleeing, reckless endangerment and an outstanding felony warrant.
No one was injured.
