FARGO, ND — A man is dead in Fargo after a large utility vehicle struck a man early this morning.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol responded to the parking lot of Cass Clay Creamery at 1:02, finding a 31-year-old male dead at the scene. Authorities learned the driver was towing a trailer across the property when it struck the man, who was not an employee of the company and had no permanent address.
Names of the victim and the driver of the utility vehicle are yet to be released.
The crash is still being investigated.
