(Fargo, ND) — A woman is in custody following yesterday’s alleged sexual-assault and related police-standoff outside a Fargo hotel.
A Fargo Police spokesman told WDAY Radio that officers arrested 42-year-old Allison Marie Ledoux after officers were called to the scene in the 4100 block of 4th Avenue South shortly before 7:30 a.m. Responding police reportedly blocked access to the Roadway Inn amid reports that a person was being held inside a hotel room against their will. Officers arrested Ledoux and escorted her out of the facility around 12:45 p.m.
No injuries were reported. Charges are pending.
