(FARGO, ND) — Fargo Police say a shelter-in-place order has ended following an incident in the area of 18th Avenue and 3rd Street North.
Police said on social media at just after 7 a.m. that people were asked to avoid the area “as they investigate on ongoing incident.”
A police spokesperson says no further information is available at this time
