Fargo Police respond to North Broadway incident early Sunday morning

(FARGO) — On Sunday, September 8 at 2:00 a.m., The Fargo Police Department responded to a report of shots fired in the 200 block of Broadway North. One adult victim was transported to a local health care facility with non-life-threatening injuries. Officers are currently working with medical professionals to determine the cause of the injuries. 

During the investigation on scene, two individuals, David Clem and Jody Englehardt, were arrested for obstruction and resisting a police officer and were transported to the Cass County Jail. Through an initial investigation, officers do not believe Clem and Englehardt were involved in the incident. 

The investigation into this incident is ongoing, with The Fargo Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division working diligently to uncover more details about the circumstances surrounding this incident.
